We ship all over the world! Orders outside of Italy will be shipped out via DHL to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. Please note that it may take a couple of hours for your tracking number to become active.

Yes, we do if your purchase meets the free shipping limit.

Not in Europe, we have paid all taxes and local duties for customers in all of Europe to ensure that you will receive your package smooth and easily. With no extra costs at all.

How do I return an order?
You simply pack the products nicely and send them back to us.
Once we receive them, we will process the return as fast as possible.
We kindly ask you to include a note letting us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund for the returning product(s). Please also add your order number.

What is your return policy?
We have a 90 days return policy to ensure that you have enough time to decide.
Do you provide free returns and exchange?
We do not provide free return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping .
I have received a defect product. What should I do?
Please send a photo or description of the defected item to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help resolve the issue.
If I return an order when do I get my money back?
We process your return as soon as we get it, but it can take up to 10 days before the money is back in your account if you paid by credit card. If you have paid with PayPal it can be a few days only.
Please note that we refund via the same payment method that you used when placing the order.
Can I return an international order?
Yes, it is the same process as any other order. Just ship back the order.
Can I return or exchange a gift?
Absolutely. Please note in case of a refund that the money will go back to the account of the person who paid for the order.

Yes, if we get the cancelation before the order is shipped. Please send us an email right after you placed the order to give us enough time to make the cancelation. We strive to process all orders as soon as placed.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any edits regarding the purchased items. Best option is to cancel the order and place a new order.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders if the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that this should happen, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Will sold out items be restocked?
We believe in only producing what we need to avoid waste and overproduction. That unfortunately means that sometimes we have items sold out.
This is by far the best way of working to lower our carbon footprint and we are doing our very best to restock sold out items as soon as possible.

We believe in good quality and long-lasting products. That combined with not focusing on seasonal trends so designs will never be outdated is our way to make a sustainable brand.
